This picture took me about two minutes to frame and focus. The flowers were pretty far away, so there was a lot of zoom. I think I was in aperture priority mode, possibly manual. The focus took forever, but I really like the shot that came out of it.

This was pretty dark. I had a lot of trouble focusing, but the cool part was that the cat decided to leave a bit into my exposure. I was doing a 3s exposure due to the lighting, and I got enough of the cat for it to show up, but it moved quickly enough that it appears to be translucent. Oh, the cat? Just some random cat that appeared in front of my house.

Like most of my wounds, I didn't get this skating...exactly. I had been trying a nose slide down a ledge off of a bank and got so tired that I just sort of collapsed and cut my leg all up on the concrete.

I suppose I should note that this picture was taken with the PalmPix (camera attachment for my Palm) that Noelani got me for Christmas. Judging by the date, it appears that I got this gift early, too. :)
